I believe that piercings and tattoos should be allowed in the work place. There are so many employers DISCRIMINATING against people with tattoos and piercings. REFUSING to give them work unless they change who they are.

By REFUSING to hire some for having piercings and tattoos is a violation of the first amendment. The freedom of expression.

They're making it so we cannot express ourselves in the way we choose. Telling us that its not appropriate and offensive.

There's nothing offensive about self expression and being who you are.
