I support this - why should we as people pay taxes - look at the money the government could have if they would just tax churches. This is a reason that so many pastors are rich and drive cadillacs.

I support this petition. Why should people of religion get such a benefit, when even some not-for-profit groups have to pay taxes? If I want to broadcast my opinion, I must pay to do so. why should they be any different, when they get the same voting rights as me? Hell, most religious people I know wouldn't know charity or forgiveness if it bit them on the ass. Just say no to the American Taliban.

Ya. Local church people in Tennessee counties rule the roost here. If youre not baptist, your evil or something they claim. See: balaams-ass.org for truth about the Baptists and few others out there taking our rights away. No more fearing them!!! Citizens arrest them.

I fully agree! If it were not for tax exemptions then most churches (and some religions) would crumble. Lets expose them to the light of day and see if they can stand on their own two feet by their members alone.
