How are homeschool family businesses that buy then resale curriculum books going to make a living. Denying us the right to sell is taking money out of our pockets.
I've been an Ebay member for years and have appreciated the great service. Is this ban a result of faulty, uninformed reasoning or is it a blatant attack upon homeschoolers' interests? We would appreciate a fair-minded response to this petition. Thank you.
What dishonest people do with items, once purchased online, is not ebays concern. Honest homeschooling families should not be punished for what a few cheats do.
Ebay has been a valuable resource for my teaching materials. If you choose to not allow the selling of teachers' manuals, then you will definately loose my business. Please reconsider! Thank you!
Children can buy teacher's manuels on the internet, order from a catalog or go to a book store. A child does not have to buy a manuel on ebay - they can buy it ANYWHERE!!!!
This is very unfair and I, for one, am very disappointed with you - ebay - with this. Actually, I believe the word would be prejudiced against homeschoolers -- many of whom you make a ton of money from with all the fees.
I am indeed a homeschooling parent who relies on the sell of my used curriculum in order to pay for the next year's curriculum. Being unable to sell my curriculum on Ebay is a serious detriment to our family's budget.
This is rediculous. Homeschoolers know this act would only work against them. This is a scheme to make it harder to legally homeschool. Banning this is illigal.
I am a homeschool Father, and we buy most of our curriculum online, and have sold and bought from EBAY such items, it is a poor business direction to take.
What other policies are you introducing to prevent what other immoral acts from being supplied through e-bay??? Are you considering banning any questionable material in regards to pornography, drugs, etc, etc, etc for the same reasons???
