My name is Del Hawkins. I currently working on a business plan to open a teen nightclub in St. Louis, MO. It would be exclusively for teens and operated by teens, it would employ the hottest teen dj in the St. Louis area. We plan to hold weekly party, offer a non alcoholic bar, cafe,an awesome arcade,VIP room, photo shop and coat room.
