I believe the current boundaries for sexually explicit material should be altered. In my country (and many others) the legal age to have sex is 16, and teens are having sex much younger than that anyway; they are becoming more sexualised. We cant turn back the clock and a more liberal way is to educate our young people by de-mystify the naked form and allow nude photography at any age. This is not really pornography, but practicality. However I do accept there should be boundaries for some potential pornographic images and believe that only models of 12 years and older should be allowed to display open vagina shots and full erections. I also believe hard core porn actors should be allowed in the industry from the age of 16, the age they can legally have sex.

This makes perfect sense to me. I had nude photos taken of me from when I was 12/13 and I didnt think they were porn, it was just me an my friends and family having a laugh. Why is this porn? We had a swimming pool and I was always sunbathing topless or nude, having swim parties with my girlfriends and stuff. It was very natural. Later when I started having sex at 16 I posed for some hard core stuff. It was all private and none of it has been published, but the guys who took it could get arrested. That isnt fair as I was complicit in the sessions and really enjoyed it. I was still doing pics into my 20s, although I have stopped now I have a young family of my own. I talk openly to my 6 year old daughter about sex and we bath together and her dad joins us too; it is very warm and loving. If she wants to have a nude photo taken when she is older I will be happy to help her, and I will treasure it. I wouldnt have a problem with the law changing to accommodate this, but I do feel it needs to be regulated and parental consent and monitoring essential for under 16s.
