The rights to live without terror or fear in our neighborhoods. We have the rights not to be victims of violent crimes, due to gang hits from prisons, racial or geographical territory that the street gang controls. Victims of violent crimes with no gang ties has the right to send a string message across America with the help of our law makers to support us and stop the drive byes and terror that street gangs causes for many every day. We need laws to protect us from street gangs violence at the FEDERAL LEVEL we will also need our courts to support us and prosecute the street gangs to the fullest extent of the law.We have the right to be notified about hits on all races then these gang members order violent crimes to be executed on our street. We have the right not to be killed due to the color of our skin, race, creed or religion which is a hate crime and courts should view it as such. We have the Constitutional rights to fight the war on terror here in the United States of America to make a difference for ourselves, our families and victims in our country.
