I am honored to sign this petition, as the Faces were even more responsible for the continuing influence of the British Invasion than they are given credit.
Mac is a friend of mine and I truly love the way he plays.
The Faces are one of the most influential, yet underrated bands in rock history. A hearty, boozy mix of blues, soul, country and hard rock n' roll led by the signature rasp of one Rod Stewart. The Faces deserve their due credit.
The faces have changed the face of rock 'n roll through their music and image--two of the main ingrediants of rock 'n roll. Without The Faces, cool wouldn't be as cool, and the music wouldn't sound near as good.
I encourage you to include this extremely important Band, the Faces, into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. Without their inclusion, credibility of the Rock'n' Roll Hall of Fame is suspect!

yes, they were one of the greatest bands. I saw them numerous times at the EASTOWN in Detroit and anywhere else I could see them and was fortunate enough to see Ronnie Lane at one of his last performances at WOLFGANGS in San Francisco where I cocktailed it was a killer show. Long live THE FACES
Absolutely they should be. They're music was a grounding force for many greats that come after them and I believe they even had an influence in band of that time as well. They shoudl have been inducted a long time ago.
