heck yea these guys(rod,woody,lane.mac.j ones)are the best rock band on the planet....you have bands there like (the ramones,sex pistols,clash,etc etc etc...and they got there kicks off this band the faces,,,,,come on now put them in that hall....it would shake it up!!!!!!daveo and cell block 5!!!
I was there! Stay with me has to be one of the best and most inspirational 4 minutes of good old foot thumping rock ever. The intro is quite simply of the finest quality
One of the best bands ever, they are LONG overdue and spot in the r n' r hall of fame! They need to remove joke bands like Van Halen and add the real deals...
Faces: Always loved, often imitated and regarded as one of Britain's greatest bands. Rod Stewart has his place so please give Ron, Ronnie, Mac and Kenny there deserved recognition.

As far as I'm concerned, the Hall's failure to induct Faces, both big and Small, over the last 20 years, has extinguished what little credibilty they possessed. This is their one shot at any sort of redemption, if their goal really is to honor artists who have made a signifcant contribution to rock and roll, rather than selling T-shirts to middle-aged losers who actually believe their teenage years, spent listening to really bad bands while drinking really bad beer and smoking really bad pot, were the best years of their lives.
But I think you're wanting to INDUCT the Faces, which should have happened when the Hall of Fame began. Super musicians in their own right as well as together!
When you consider that some of the groups in the hall of fame could not lace the Faces boots it makes you wonder why the hell the greatest band of all time are not already hall of famers...Tam
