Hi all! It's nice to see a lot support Thor. Well, the character really do deserve a movie. I never thought i would say this, but, MARVEL SHOULD DO WHAT DC DOES, PROMOTE THEIR CHARACTERS. It seems for the longest time, Marvel just rely on their mutant characters, be it cartoons, movies or video games. It's x-men this, x-men that. Do you realize DC's Catwoman will be a big budget movie, starring Halle Berry? Catwoman? Thor is more marketable than her. I mean c'mon!

Thor has the potential to carry a long running series of movies better than any other superhero, by sheer virtue of having a vast number of iconic villains and an equally interesting and extensive supporting cast, not to mention the unique premise upon which the lead character is based. Given the current climate for superhero movies I believe its only a matter of time before Hollywood recognises Thor, and I hope this petition goes some small way to hastening that day.
