On June 7th, 1992 Sherrill Levitt, her daughter Suzanne Streeter, and Suzanne's friend Stacy McCall disappeared from Springfield, Missouri. The cause of their disappearance remains a mystery, as does their whereabouts. There has been much speculation about the women's whereabouts, but no real probabilities until April 17th, 2006.

Although he never knew any of the women, Kenny Young of Michigan experienced a vision of Stacy McCall and spent the next ten years trying to get someone to listen to him. By the latter part of 2005 Mr. Young had contacted psychic profiler and dream interpretor Bonnie M. Wells of Ohio. She listened to the vision, interpreted it, and began attempting to 'identify' factors that would lead to the discovery of the missing women.

In April, 2006, Mr. Tim Gray of Ohio was contacted and asked to take his instrument that is a hybrid of GPR; MIR and Sonar, and go to Missouri, to a pre-selected area and search for the women. That area was Cox Hospital. Mr. Gray located an area in the rear parking garage, under the concrete, that is consistent with the skeletal remains of three women.

In June of 2006, Kathee Baird, another associate of Mrs. Wells and Mr. Young's contacted Mr. Rick Norland and asked him to bring in his GPR [ground penetrating radar] to see if he could verify Mr. Gray's findings. He came to the area on June 16th, 2006, and did in fact verify that there is something unusual in the very area that Mr. Gray had previously marked off.

The Springfield police department, Sgt. Mike Owen in particular has attempted to discredit everyone involved in this project -- a project which has been conducted at the expense of those individuals involved, and which has cost the city of Springfield absolutely nothing. All information has been provided to the police department and to the prosecuting attorney's office. It has done no good. The final word is a flat refusal to core the concrete where these women are believed to be, although they have dug up several other areas in at least two different counties, in an effort to find them. And these 'digs' were based on far less 'evidence' than they now have at their disposal.

Many people have invested years of work in trying to assist family members and friends of the missing women in finding them.

There are numerous web sites that carry the story of the missing women.

Missouri Governor Matt Blunt grew up in Springfield, and may well be familiar with this case.

It is the request and hope of the undersigned, that Governor Blunt will assist those individuals who have had to endure this not knowing what happened to their loved ones, and come to the aid of a small band of individuals who continue to put forth a great effort to get the authorities to do that which they are required by law to do ....... fully investigate this case and the claims of the individuals named herein.

We hereby petition, and respectfully ask, the Governor of Missouri to bring an end to this stand-off, and do that which is right ..... for the sake of those missing ..... and for the sake of those remaining. Please Sir, "Core the concrete at Cox Hospital, and bring closure to this fourteen and a half year nightmare, so that an honest investigation into 'who' murdered these innocent people can get underway.

Sincerely,
