One province\'s language laws should not overrule grammatical correctness in the rest of the (primarily English-speaking) country, much less in the US. Just let the Quebecois secede so we can have the apostrophe back!!!

Once again the language police have struck! Perhaps a suggestion to 'Tim' that they change their trademark would do the job and preserve the English language at the same time and in the same manner as Quebec is attempting to preserve the French language.

I support this petition. The same people who own Tim's also own Wendy's, and they use the apostrophe there. So it is not as if they don't know how to use an apostrophe.
