Typical response from the vanilla world we BDSM'ers are forced to live in. This doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Never give up, TKB. Never surrender.
There is nothing wrong with what the Knotty Boys are doing. They are teaching others to do Bondage in a correct, Safe, Sane and Consensual manner and this is what YouTube is all about.
These guys make amazing art and are vocal supporters of personal safety. Their videos help educate the masses and help keep people safe. They present shibari tastefully and make it accessible to anyone who has less than a mild interest in tying knots, whether on people or otherwise. I know many of their techniques have helped me in non-bondage situations. These guys are one of the few reasons I use youtube, or recommend youtube, on a regular basis. It's a shame that something so wonderful is being denied access to the public.
Everything I have ever seen from them posted on YouTube has always been tastefully done, and was done for educational purposes. Please allow them to put back up their work, so those who wish to participate in such activities can do so after watching how to do it safely.
do not know why Two Knotty Boys videos were pulled. It seems strange and absurd given all the other content on youtube and the internet in general. It is very difficult to find good tutorials, much less rope tutorials. I feel that they have been the unfair targets of some form of yet to be named censorship. Please re-instate their account and permit them to continue educating the public.
Censorship of this caliber of material is uncalled for. TKB show sexy without being crass or obscene and promote safety in all they do. It is actually a shining example of what the internet can offer to people, by promoting the best information out there using the best medium for the job.
Its very important to make sure that tutorials, workshops and instructions are made available to help keep people safe, no matter what the activity. By deleting the Knotty Boys videos Youtube is stating that enabling the safety of others is not one of their priorities.
The Two Knotty Boys create fun, educational videos and have done their due diligence in earnest to conform to the Youtube Terms of Use. This suspension is unwarranted!
It's sad when educational videos, even non-traditional educational videos are considered inappropriate and yet you can still find much worse on youtube. Very disappointing.
