The tomorrow series are without a doubt the best series Ive ever read, i couldnt put them down, and i was partially devestated when I finished each one.
i think that if the movies are gonna happen, which they should, it should be done properly, like huge, lord of the rings huge. a half arsed attempt would just be dissapointing.
Top books for a top movie, I this ever does become a movie/mini-series (I hope soon) I would love to act in it, in fact it is my dream to act in the Tommorow movies.
It would be an honour to have our tommorropw series put out there in the world on the big screen, so not only would reading fans be able to enjoy them, but the rest of the world as well. Tomorrow breaks all records in my opinion and i would love to see it potrayed on the screen. Congrats to John Marsden and good luck in finding the funding!!
Havin read only two of these books, i have been impressed and touched by them. This series is by far one of the best. Good work Mr. Marsden, you should be proud of yourself.
I read through this series in about two weeks. As a teen services librarian, I'm always looking for interesting, quality books for teens - and movies too. Please put the Wirrawee 5 on film!
I usually don't like reading, but I have read each of these books 3 times over.. I love them! I think it would be amazing to see them made into movies! Good Luck!
These books have a great message relevant to society today. They're entertaining and moving and I can soooo picture them as a movie. This movie needs to be made. It'll get Australian's thinking: What if we really were invaded?

oh my god, this is too exiting! i cant believe that there is actually going to be movies made. i read the tommorow series when i was 13 years old, i am now almost 18 and they are still my favourite books that have ever been written. i went to john marsdens writing and drama camp and he has inspired me to let go of all my fears and pursue my love of acting and writing. i am extatic about the news of movies being made!!!! if i got to play a character in this series i would probabley die of exitement. die or fly. please please please make them. love rhiana L
this series is the BEST!!!! when you read it it's as if your there..as if your ellie or someone really close to her...ive cried in it laughed in it i think i even screamed at one point :S but thats how capturvatingn and real it is!!!
I definitely want to see the Tomorrow Series made into a movie or mini series. And if brought out on DVD, I would buy the set for myself,and one each for all my friends!!
Guys, you HAVE to sign for these movies to be made!They are amazing books, it would be a wicked as action movie to produce. All those who've read the book should be able to appreciate how good they'd be, and anyone who hasn't will love the movies anyway!Get into it!
reading about how these teens got through their own problems relationships and evry day life while a war was going on was one of the best things ive ever read it really gave me inspiration and id love these books to be made into movies to give a visual image of how these teens do it....these movies if made will never be matched by any other movies that have come from books plz give it a chance
Harry Potter, Lemony Snicket's, His Dark Materials, Peter Pan, The Chronicles of Narnia...all great books are made into movies, but these movies will top the genre!
These are my favorate books.When they are made into movies show them in the U.S. Also don't cut out any scenes evan sex scenes or killing scenes.Make them exactly like the books.For Ellie look have her look the way she does on the cover of a killing frost.Have one boy with long hair.Don't change any of the names.Make a movie for each book. Ever since I have started to read this serie I have dreamed of one day having them as movies.I say they will do well.Remember to show them in the U.S.
This is possibly the best childerens series written in this genre in the history of the world. as long as it sticks to the story line well enough, not to make it into a movie owuld be a crime!
the movies would be a block buster smash all across the globe. creating millions and millions of dollars in revenue. it would be up there with the sucess of "Star Wars" and "The Lord of the Rings".
I have read this series so many times and i never get sick of it!! I would love to see the books made into movies and i think that they would be highly popular!! I think that alot of thought wld have to be put into it and it would have to be made so that they are as much like the books as possible!!!!
Ever since i read the first book for school i couldnt stop reading all the books and i just love them and both me and my sister agree they would be so good as movies and we cant wait till we see them out so please happen!!!!!!!
now i love these books and only wish a movie where possible but the books being so amazing im kinda nervous that if movies where to be done that they just wouldnt be good enough. a must happen but a massive challange to the director/producer (might just have to be a Warner Brothers series..) its goto be made in Aus theres no doubting that
