Because its my favourite book along with the fact that John is one of my favourite Authors. Also we need to show other parts of the world our competitive edge in the film industry and that we can make more than just a simple trilogy about mutants, zombies, chosen ones etc etc. Might also teach people afew things about survival if a war actually does break out as these books have many great tips and ideas.

I consider the Tomorrow Series to be the 'defining books' in my adolescence. making a movie of them will bring to story to a wider audience (namely, those who don't read very often). My cousins overseas love the books too (I could only find ONE copy of Tomorrow in all the public libraries in Glasgow. I was mortified!). My friend and I even have some script ideas, if you're interested.
