The tomorrow series is a story I will cherish and never forget. I will continue to re read all the books for a long time. I first read Tomorrow when the war began when I was 13 and I am now 25 and can't wait for the second book in the Ellie chronciles.
Oh man, this series rocks! I've become an insomniac because I can't stand not knowing what's going to happen to Ellie!!
Please use Australian actors! I love these books, they will make the best movies ever! I honestly believe this could spark a revival of the Aussie film industry.
my grandaughter talked me into reading the series and i couldnt put them down, i read from tommorrow when the war began to while i live in 4 weeks, they are brilliant and as movies they will definately be watched by many that i know, there is definate potential in making this series a movie series
im 13 and my 18 year old sister got me reading the series and i loved them, i hate reading but i have read all of the tommorow books and would love to see them as movies1
i have read these books several times through and think that as a movie series it will go far, with the right cast and crew and a high budget, they will make millions. it will be great!
turning this series into movies has great potnetial, i know i will watch and love them and i know plenty of other people who love the books and hve always said movies should be made, with the right cast and a good budget they will bring australia back into the big time of movies.
This will be a great movie series as long as they keep to the books as close as possible - keep in contact with John to make sure they stick to his original vision... John your an inspiration!
This series has a place in the hearts of all those who are lucky enough to have discovered them. It is only a matter of time before these movies are made, i just wish it could be tomorrow...keep signing anyone who hasnt. Your support is what made these books so important in the first place. Show your passion and sign the petition!
I can't explain to love of these books that I have. I have read the series over and over. And at 24 am still hanging out for the next in the Ellie Cronicles.
I love the books so much - reading them was an amazing experience! I just reread them a few months ago, and can still appreciate them at 23! Cant wait for the movie!!
The books are so amazing you want to see this made into film, although it MUST have a great director and cast to truly reflect the greatness of the books and the characters stories which are so real to the readers!! Please make the movies!!!
Hi, I am 35 and have read all 7 of the books over the past four months as my 11 yr old son brought the first one home from school. I would love to see them become movies. I could not put them down and now I am reading While I live The Ellie Chronicals.
hi my name is mark and i'm 22 years old.
i'm a real fan of the tommorow series.
i've read the series twice and some of the books 3 times.
i've also read the first book in the ellie chronicals twice and i'm waiting for the next in the series to be published.
i loved the books and i'm looking forward to the movies.
i read all 7 books about 5 years ago, still going back to reading them again after, lost a great deal after the war, but should try to get ellie chronicles. GET THE BOOKS
tomorrow when the war began, dead of the night, the third day the frost, darkness be my friend, burning for revenge, the night is for hunting, the other side of dawn, while i live.
i wan't to see the tomorrow series as much as anyone, ellie linton should be pretty, fi, well. first class girl all the way. good luck trying to get more on here, and then there will be the ellie chronicles to think about after
wow this is a great book and i think it would be a great way for australians to show the world wat we r made of cin that americans get to be in most all movies and make them there. they better have the actors australian tho
i finished with 'an other side of dawn' half a year ago and i have just started to reread the whole serie again! making a movie rocks! i hope they'll be true masterpieces because so is the serie.
ummm.... i love the books very much, molto, tres tres muchos, so i'm singing this petition, but i'm not sure if it's a good idea. If I go and see the movie and it wrecks my perspective and image of the characters and settings I will not be happy. If you make the movies and then they destroy the books and the future readers imagination I'm a bit worried...
Over the holidays I read the final 3 books of the tommorow series and while I live. I read them in 3 days because I couldn't put them down. I can understand why the movies would of been a bad idea when the books first came out but now it's a great idea as we now have the right technology to do all the special effects and make them look real. There is one thing that I really don't want to happen and that's having American actors and actresses playing the roles of Ellie, Lee, Fi, Homer, Kevin, Corrie, Robyn, Chris, Gavin and the other ferals because it seems wrong to me and I feel like Australians should play those roles. Well that's what I think and I'll get my friends to sign and good luck.
omg i loved these books! i think about them 24/7. i reckon you should make it so that ellie homer fi kevin corrie and robyn all have diaries and in the movie do voice overs and change to a different character every so often
Even though I read the series of books a few years ago I still think about them at least once a week. They were definitely the best series of books I have read in my life! They would make great movies! I have recommended the books to many of my friends and they love them as well. MAKE THE MOVIES!!
My daughters have read the books quite a lot, over and over again. They've told me about the story, which I found incredible good. I've planned to read them all this summer. And I would really like to see the movies, if there'll be any. And I definitively hope so.
It got to be a movie! Everyone I've spoken to absolutely loves the books, and we've asked ourselves why there isn't any movie yet! I'll keep my fingers crossed. love
