As concerned community residents of the Uptown neighborhood, we have noticed an uptick in gang-related loitering outside the Top Choice Grocery at the corner of Wilson and Magnolia, despite \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"No Loitering - We Call Police\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" signs outside of the premises. Many of us are scared to shop at the Top Choice Grocery because of this loitering. Until the loitering ends, we will continue being too intimidated to shop at your store. Please support the community, and call 911 when gang members loiter outside your store.
