As most of you know, gay people have the right to raise children; but what if your spouse decided after several years of marriage to commit adultery on your family and yourself with a same sex partner? The law does not protect families from the aftermath of such actions, nor does it protect the child/children envolved who have become custom to having a femal and male role model as a mother and father for (X) amount of time. I feel that it is only fair that a law be passed to protect the interest of the Traditional Family and it's children.

People who decide to end a family, by deciding to be gay or bisexual, should be held responsible for their actions because they chose to produce a traditional family in the first place with a female and male being the mother and father. I propose that in this situation that the children, who are used to living in a straight and traditional family lifestyle, should reside with the straight biological parents if they are fit and available. The straight parent/s should have the right to control the exposure to the lifestyle choice of the other party because they decided to end their traditional family that the child/children were used to and to change their lifes. I believe this is only fair if gay and bisexual people are to have their rights. This does not mean I do not want gays to raise children. It means that if a person decides to end their Traditional Family with a female and male role model being the mother and father, then ends that institution by deciding to be gay or bisexual and or committing adultery, would give up the right to participate in the child/childrens life unless the straight parent allows. I do not mean children should be isolated from their gay parent/s but that in this situation since the child/children are used to having the Traditional Family setting, that the parent who upholds those moral value should have the control.
