Dear members of Capilano Colleges Board of Governors. I am concerned about fees being increased un-necessarily putting education further out of reach for many people. I am also concerned that the amount of money available for students on financial aid is decreasing at the college. I believe that education is a right and institutions have a responsibility to do everything in their power to ensure that education remains universally accessible. For these reasons I am joining with other Capilano College students and community members to ask you to do three things.

-not to un-necessarily raise tuition another 2%
- to not cut $200,000 from available financial aid
funds and enshrine it into base funding.
- to explore increasing enrolment by providing
access grants as a means toward reducing
upfront barriers.
