Look, lots of people had theories and ships that didn't work out, and this nasty, vindictive sort of talk just makes the whole fandom look bad. Harmonians are "the only true fans," you say? Don't make me laugh. You guys aren't the only ones who've spent hours poring over the books, looking for clues as to what will come next (even apart from the romance, which is apparently the be-all end-all of the books to you).
If you want a H/Hr relationship, read fan fiction. Heaven knows there's plenty of it. Or (if you think you know better than JKR) why not write your own book? The true Harry Potter fans are those who accept the author's decisions as canon. Period.
A final word: Book 7 is the *last one in the series.* There will be no "future Harry Potter publications." Just so you know.

Granted, from a literary point of view, it would make sense for Harry, the main character, to fall in love with Hermione, the most developed woman in the story. I totally agree with the other comments -especially the one who says "you bring shame to all Harry Potter fans". I have been a H/Hermione shipper but it was obvious they weren't going to end up together (at least not so early).Honestly, this petition is just too pathetic. The characters you want to ship are JKR's creations, they don't belong to you! And SHE , unlike you, is HP books' writer, which means that she can make her FICTIONNAL characters do whatever she wants them to, right!
