You know, I reread the interview and I think I changed my mind about it SOMEWHAT. I don't want anyone to think that I'm impersonating... well... me.... but you have to admit that while the inteview completely SLAMS H/Hr (so I don't understand why Snowy even posted it :-) ), I actually found the bits about spousal abuse and "the vagueries of incest" to be really interesting. Plus, I just realized: maybe the actors just read that "informative" article in that San Fran newspaper. It would explain where they got the information. Allk I'm saying that if Snowy did indeed make this up, I'm surprised how thoughtful and self-deragotive (towards Snowy) it is.

OMG, it's been SO LONG since I posted. I'm not even gonna bother to go back and read everything, it would take to damn long. OMG, only 18 posts left until 4,000. God, people, don't post so much, we'll just give Snowy a reason to brag! Snowy can't say I don't have a life anymore - this past Friday I went to a football game with my friends and I saw a whole bunch of my friends from school there. I GO TO SOCIAL EVENTS, I HAVE LOTS OF FRIENDS, THEREFORE I HAVE A LIFE. Get over it Snowy, you're the only one here without friends, and we can all see why. Awesome theme song for the thugs, people, both of them are good, really. ~The Grey Lady~

To the tune of "You give love a bad name" by Bon Jovi: Crap insults are what you sell, You promise H/H heaven, then put Ron through hell. Your email replies got a hold on me When delusion's a prison, you can’t break free Snowy's on the loose, There’s nowhere to run No one can save you The damage is done Crack in the ribs, And you’re to blame. You give shippers a bad name I play my part and you play your game You give shippers a bad name You give shippers a bad name Think you're supported by Hilary, But you act like you're at the age of three A psych ward's dream, you're so insane Your very first post showed the loss of your brain. Snowy's on the loose, There’s nowhere to run. No one can save you The damage is done. It's a working prgress, what do you guys think?

Hehe, sounds like a plan! The Emerson's Thugs Theme Song (sung to no tune in particular, but if you've seen X-Play the Musical, that should give you a vague idea) Tell us that we're militant And shoot us in the head Tell us that we're violent And stab us till we're dead Tell us that we're homophobes And call us "effing" gay Tell us that we're racist; Chase our colored ass away We'll all know you're a hypocrite Your brain is made of poo I hate to use a cliché But we're rubber and you're glue We just don't care what you shall say Because you are an ass You're far away from Mensa And you're smoking magic grass We're the mighty R/H shippers We like to use our brains Don't try to think too hard or it Will cause you lots of pain Prove to us that you are smart And that your brain's not dead You're otherwise delusional Snowy and Pumpkinhead

You know, I read the fanfic inteview and Snowy STILL loses! Damon is constantly saying things like' "F***ing shipping." BTW, since I believe that it's better to defeat an enemy on their own battlefield, I'll say in Snowy's "defence" that the article may have been unpublished to obscene language. Oh, who am I kidding? She's a fraud! And what are her "ways" of telling whether or not an e-mail comes from a celebity? Reminds me of "We have ways of making you talk!"

#3784

Cheryl said 08/28/05, 4:24 pm (verified)
Jade - my point exactly. And to comment on how militant shippers are, they'd have to have been on fanfiction sites or the Wall of Shame. Is that likely when they would've been filming Brothers Grim and maybe other films at the same time. They don't have the time to be doing the things we take great pleasure in doing, like mocking snowy and spending hours on mgglenet.
#3783

Jade said 08/28/05, 4:13 pm (verified)
ooh I just read the interview with them in it...Mr. Damon has such a potty mouth, this is just proof that it can't be him. Because no celebrity cusses that much in an interview. Especially when he's going on about little kids liking Harry Potter. Some of those kids may be reading that. To bring back what Cheryl said why would they bother to go to Mugglenet? And read an interview? The interview overall I would give a nice D-just for not making Heath cuss too because, then you would've gotten an F! But since you didn't, you get a D- Nice fanfiction overall though! Because that is obviously nothing but fiction, and not real!

Also, in regards to the interview: I'm so damn sure that both Heath Ledger and Matt Damon have enough free time while filming movies to read Harry Potter and frequently visit Mugglenet. Suuuuuure..... *cough*DELUSIONAL*cough* Open your eyes and don't be such a dumbass snowy. Two actors who just happened to be giving an interview also just happened to be HP fans, and also just happened to have read the interview on mugglenet and just HAPPENED to have been on fansites to see the reactions of idiots like snowy. heh. Note sarcasm. If you've read te interview, read what William Lazarus posts on here, and compare them, that's all I'm saying. *knowing look*

We're the ones doing the signing hehehe and we haven't been kicked in the teeth at all, we've just cracked ribs from laughing so much. It's beautiful, levi3o4! *wipes tears of laughter from eyes* Tiffi's got a song as well (to the tune of Sum 41's "Fat Lip"): Trolling on the petition was what we had in common, We all supported MuggleNet and ridiculed Snowy, bar none, We could laugh, and we could barf, coz it was all just so lame, Soon Snowy was howling, “You have a stupid name!” We know we’re Emerson’s Thugs although it’s not official, Never going, never shutting up when we’re told to, Snowy’s a freakin’ git, she talks a load of shit, We’re sick of always hearing DEAL WITH IT. And we love to waste our time, Make another casualty of our hilarity We’ll never give up now Make another victim of our clever mockery And •Rock On•. Because you don’t Hurt us at all, we laugh whenever you maul, But what would you expect with our conscience so small, Snowy and Pumpkin, shaming all humanity, That’s why we’re the Good Fight For Sanity. Coz we like having fun at darling Snowy’s expense and, Mocking her all the time ain’t even an offence then, We’ve been here since post eleven, it’s our idea of heaven, We’re sick of being told to BAN BOOK 7. And we love to waste our time, Make another casualty of our hilarity We’ll never give up now Make another victim of our clever mockery And •Rock On•. So count on us, to stick around So count on us, we won’t back down So count on us, to cough ‘delusionals’ So count on us, to throw some anvils. Well we’ll always be Emerson’s Thugs, so this is For snowy, though you don't give a shit about nothing You be posting on your website a whole bunch of kufuffin And all your celebrities are just you bluffing Then you don’t even realise you’ve got no unity You're on the hit list wanted in our community You like ships with distortion, to hate in proportion You should only be approached with a heck of caution. And we love to waste our time, Make another casualty

I'm back. Cheryl- Yeah, I went to that link with all the songs earlier today. They're hilarious. The link didn't work yesterday, though. Thanks for the info on schools in England. What's this about making an evening dress? My sister wore a BED SHEET to her senior prom! No joke. It didn't look like a bed sheet when she wore it though, I admit. Only she can pull that off. Everyone was like, "Oh, Kristen, I love your dress," and she's like "It's actually a bed sheet," and everyone kept saying to her, "Oh, Kristen, your so creative!" I repeat: Only my sister can pull that off. The down side: Everyone kept stepping on the back of her dress...and it was strappless... Anyway, I think it's interesting to know how other people live. I learn so much English slang from Harry Potter. (It took me forever to figure out what trainers and uppers were...) Words like "bogey," "wotcher," and "snog" are all newly added to my vocabulary. Hehe. Harry Potter IS educational. I'll have to tell my mom that one.

Hermione: I would not for the world Harry saw thee here Ron: I have night's cloak to hide me from his eyes, And but thou love me, let him find me here. My life were better ended by Harry's jealousy, Than death prorogued, wanting of thy love. Ron: O wilt thou leave me so unsatisfied? Hermione: What satisfaction can'st thou have tonight? Ron: The exchange of thy love's faithfull vow for mine. Hermione: I gave thee mine before thou didn'st request it.

They never gave us holiday homework before now, but I'm right in the middle of the first set of exam years. It's so unfair, I got set a 2,000 word essay on Romeo and Juliet, a research project on prison reform, I have to read a novel, and I have to make an evening dress. Fun. BTW, have you heard al of the potterpuppetpals songs? There are songs by Harry, Dumbledore, Hagrid, Snape, and Voldemort. Completely hilarious. And here's another insightful article directed towards Snowy that she definately should have read before creating this sad joke of a petition. Get Over It An original editorial by Jenna I expected the release of Half-Blood Prince to be a happy event in the world of Harry Potter fans. I expected there to be rejoicing that our two years of waiting were finally over. I expected us to have fun analysing every letter of the book, and theorizing each of the new, and possibly insane, possibilities while we awaited the final book I have to say – my expectations led me astray. Instead – in only a matter of days after the release of JK Rowling’s brilliant sixth book, the world of Harry Potter fans was, and remains still, in uproar. There are divisions and debate, arguments and whining, and way too much hostility. I’ve come across some words about the new book that I wish I’d never read. The number one source of the turmoil: shipping. I’d like to say it’s just the militant Harry/Hermione shippers who’ve lost their minds, and although there seems to be quite a few that have, I cannot limit my observation of madness to just them. There is frustration coming from all sides of the fandom world, because Remus shouldn’t be with Tonks, because Harry shouldn’t be with Ginny, because Bill shouldn’t be with Fleur – and yes, because apparently Hermione and Harry seem to be staying on a strictly platonic path. I won’t say how much I agree with Emerson’s now famous (or infamous) use of the word ‘delusional’ to describe the adamant Harry/Hermione shippers of the Potterverse, though I would like to say I think he at least thought he was being funny and that it was all in good fun. And, I think he at least thought that people would see it that way, that most people weren’t delusional enough to be offended by his word choice. I think he was right on all counts. I would also like to say: get over it. And I would like to apply the same advice to ever

Ginevra- I think the only chance of getting Snowy to actually read it would be posting it without saying what it was, hehe. But you know snowy, she'll use more quotes at face value and ignore the parts that show a R/H relationship, proving that she's "a complete and utter dunderhead" - hehehe my 5 year old cousin said that, isn't it cuuute? :D

Ginevra said 08/27/05, 10:49 pm (verified)
I found a great article on MuggleNet (where else) about why Harry and Hermione CAN'T be together. Snowy should have read this a long time ago. It would make no sense for Harry and Hermione and Harry to be together. This article gives just some of the reasons why. The reason I am posting the article directly on this "petition," rather than give the link to it, is to increase the chances of Snowy actually reading it. So here it is: Group Dynamics An original editorial by Jackiki Let me just state, before I start, that I am a big R/Hr shipper and I have no idea who Harry will end up with. However, my R/Hr support has nothing to do with this theory. Also, I will be refraining from pointing out reasons that I think Harry and Hermione are wrong for each other. Instead, I will simply give a reason why they can't, due to the repercussions their relationship would have in the story. From the very first book, it's been Harry and his two best friends, Ron and Hermione. Through the trials and tribulations of the first four books, it was always these three. Let's first refresh ourselves (though I'm sure most of you know better than I do) on the developing relationship of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. PS/SS: Harry, Hermione and Ron all go through the trap door to stop Voldemort. Though Ron is knocked out, and Hermione is forced to go back, the two are both important to Harry making it to the end. Harry defeats Voldemort, alone. CoS: Harry and Ron go without Hermione to the Chamber of Secrets because she was petrified. Ron stays with Professor Lockhart. Again, Harry is alone at the end. PoA: Harry and Hermione use the Time-Turner to stop the execution of Buckbeak and to help Sirius escape. Ron, like Hermione in the second book, is in the hospital wing, injured. Though there is no confrontation with Voldemort in this book, the important thing is that Ron wasn't there at the climax.

Honestly, even if you get a million signatures on this petition, it wont be able to change what JK Rowling wants to write. You can't legally do a thing about it. I like the idea of H/Hr, but come on...this is going a bit far. Petitions and boycotts will do nothing. Millions and millions of people will eagerly buy book 7, no matter whose ship sailed and who's ship sank in HBP.

Oh yeah and I'm truly insulted by whoever sent snowy the email that her insults sound like the insults of a 14 year old. When you take into account that I'm 15, you'll see why. Snowy's insults are so pathetic even a 5 year old can do better - trust me, my cousin came out with better last night when I told him to go to bed! - so don't insult me by comparing her to people my age.

Morning everyone *eats pie* ^^ ! Well, actually, it's evening here, but who cares anyway XD ? HOLY SHIT ! WTF happened here since I left ? Why the hell did HarryHermione4eva post "Cherly and Mandy are my best friends !" uhm... nearly 30 times ??? That way of getting more signaturesis is quite unfair, you know Snowy.

I'd like to sign this petition in the hope that, indeed, it will go to JKR, so she can have a good laugh at how amazingly delusional some of her fans are. Then, having had a laugh and realizing this, she can get back to writing and happily ignore these people.

mkay... 1st, JKR wrote the books, so I think that she knows which ship was the right one... oh, and anyone who wants to associate themselves with HarryHermione4eva is truly delusional, why would you want someone like that to have the same oppinion as you on ANYTHING? speaking of our post crazy shipper in denial... darling, your overuse of the word 'slut' makes it devoid of any meaning, so find a new, better fitting word, hmm? -bitte? I know I said this already but...SHE WROTE THE BOOKS!!! you are reading into things waaaay too much, okay? not only do the books point big, glowing, neon arrows at R/HR, the movies do as well! Haven't you seen the close-ups of random touches and the uncomfortable silences that follow the yanking apart of all body parts that made contact? They didn't do that because it's fun to play with the zoom button, okay? well, I'm done... so I hope you all find some sense, because everyone is laughing at you. Much love ~Mandy (although not the same as HarryHermione4eva's best friend I'm sorry to say. It must be so nice, could I ever hope to find a friend like that?)

GINEVRA'S HP QUOTE OF THE DAY: "Oh," said Ron, his smile fading slightly. "Are you that bad at kissing?" "Dunno," said Harry, who hadn't considered this, and immediately felt rather worried. "Maybe I am." "Of course you're not," said Hermione absently, still scribbling away at her letter. "How do you know?" said Ron in a sharp voice.

Yeah, Jonathan. I was actually really skeptical about that interview too. There are a lot of fishy things about it. I just coldn't figure out how to put it. It really does sound like William Lazarus was channelling his views into the "interview." How likely is it that you will find two lead actors who do not like the sixth book, let alone have the nerve to bash it publically. They'd lose a lot of their fans wouldn't they?

Jonathan-Here's another suspicious thing: Didn't Snowy say the interview would be published in the September issue? Correct me if I'm wrong, but if she did, that's pretty strange of the magazine to publish an interview about a movie that would already be in theaters. Wouldn't it make much more sense if the interview was released in August or late July? I mean, how many people want to read about a movie a week or so before it's released? Just a thought: Since it's "Premiere Magazine", wouldn't it make more sense to publish the interview before the movie came out, giving readers a "Premiere" of the upcoming film. (Couldn't resist that one.) If I were the interviewer, I probably would have said Lord of the Rings as well. But maybe because of the recent hype about Harry Potter, (with the 6th book and all) the interviewer chose to mention that. Anyway, I'm beginning to suspect that the interview is a fake. And no, Snowy, I'm not in denial. Much love to most (except for the obvious), Colleen

Katie said 08/27/05, 4:15 pm (verified)
Yes, Jonathon, "Premiere" is an American magazine, but don't you just love how she states it was "an unreleased portion" of the interview? *snigger*
#3711

Jonathan said 08/27/05, 3:57 pm (verified)
BISCUITS FOR EVERYONE! Okay, okay, I got it wrong. Contrary to what I believed, Heath Ledger and Matt Damon ARE in fact good actors. However, this "Premiere" magazine, if it does indeed exist, is not something I've heard of, otherwise, it must be an American magazine. I can tell you all now, that I've never heard of this "Premiere" magazine. Can someone please clarify that this magazine and its article does in fact exist, and give me a link to the relevant site of "Premiere" magazine? Now you may ask why I'm so suspicious. The reason is because of this quote from the interview: "Christine Spines: So how would you compare [The Brothers] Grimm to some of the other fantasy fare currently out there? [Harry] Potter, for example." Okay, if I am to be brutally honest here, in the fantasy movie stakes, Harry Potter has not been ANYTHING like as successful as the Lord of the Rings trilogy. In "Total Film" magazine, Lord of the Rings is listed as one of the "10 Most Influential Movies of Our Lifetime" (the magazine was started in 1997) alongside such films as There's Something About Mary, Bowling For Columbine, Fight Club and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. No mention at all went to Harry Potter. My point? Had I been the interviewer, I can pretty much guarantee that in fantasy movie terms, Harry Potter would NOT have been the first thing to cross my mind. The Lord of the Rings trilogy, on the other hand, would. Another thing that seems wierd is that William Lazarus (and since when was he Snowy's "friend"?) managed to get hold of an "unpublished" excerpt of the interview. Quite frankly, I could search every single movie magazine in my newsagent and it would be EXTREMELY hard to find an interview where two actors talk about Harry Potter in such great detail. "Unpubl

You are the most delusional dummy I've ever met. Ron and Hermione are gonna get together-so what? Get over it. Think about how happy Harry will be for them, and what a great life he'll have with Ginny. I'm appalled at your babyish, whiny tactics, S.O. Take some time to consider that this is A BOOK and not REAL LIFE. As for JKR- she wrote HP. It's her story not yours, and she can do whatever she wants with it. Banning Book 7 is a dumb idea. . .don't you want to find out what happens?!? Besides what's wrong with Ginny? As far as I'm concerned, you can take your "Harmony" crap and shove it you-know-where. -Hermione/Ron Fan Forever

Will you guys knock it off? just cause it's officialy Ron/Hermione, is no reason to ban the books! i think even i may have been supportive of harry/hermione at one point, but its been kind of obvious hasn't it? I mean, look at the 3rd movie for cryin out loud! It's called fanfiction you morons! if you love h/h so much, go write a story about it! it's a good couple, just not the one j.k. chose! I admire your detirmination, but boycotting book seven and sending hate mail, its not gonna change J.K.'s mind! And boycotting wouldn't do much any way, all the ron/hermione fans are still gonna read it, i know i will. You think i'm wrong? email me about it! I still love harry potter, so do my mom, my sister, my cousin, emerson, and many other people, and you probably still love it to, but your to stubborn to admit it, again, gotr a problom with this comment? either, A: Suck it up and deal with it, or b: email me at acara93@hotmail.com and again, you guys are pretty cool, sticking up for something you care about. it's realy....admirable. i geuss this comment is a mixed bag huh? I have to agree with Adam Tuck, Amanda Smith, and Nicole Cruz...What kind of idiot mmoron are you??? These are JK's books and JK's books alone. She can do whatever she likes with the series, even if you get sad and get all messed up because Harry and Hermione don't hook up. I have only one thing to say to you: Get a life and move on.

Wow. This is just sad. And Ginevra, I took that test and got 100+. Anyway, on topic, this is pure humor. There is no way in heaven or hell that Harry and Hermione where ever going to get together. So I suggest getting a life. I don't care if this counts as a signiture. There was no ounce of evidence that pointed near a harryhermione pairing. It is all in your head. So do us all a favor and cut the crap. It's quite sad that you're doing this. You can't just demand an apology because your small brains couldn't take in that this was R/Hr I pity you all. And to all you sensible readers, did you ever spot an adequate amount of evidence pointing to H/Hr? I personally believe this is a waste of time. You can't force someone whose done no wrong to apologize. If anyone, you should be apologizing to JKR for the inconvience you have caused her. She is trying to write the next book you know. A true HP fan would keep reading no matter what. What the heck is your problem you delusional people? Now I must go find ways to raise my rapidly dropping IQ...
