ok well first off...i got banned because of my dum friend...don't worry i smash him good..now we are friend no more... i was recently banned for using an auto..i would never cheat but what the heck he said it was easyer...have you ever try buying 60k air runes from a shop? it took about 5 hours to buy 20k air runes....i told my friend about and he laugh...he told me there was a better way to deal with it and i went for it and it work..but i didn't really trust it.....anyway the next day they banned me and i guess i deserve it...now i have to wait 7 days and i hate it..but what can you do..you make stupid mastake everyday, thax for reading.

jagex i feel you have treated this person unfairly banned for offencesive laanuage maybe not a complete unbanned is required but i have ppl on runescape on a perm mute for offensive language if u dont complely unban her account let her play with a mute. yet mutes are a bit harsh give her a second chance its clear that she is srry for what she has done.

I work for jagex, and seen as ull never know which member of staff i am, i am going to give it to you all straight. We ban people for any reason possible because its fun. If you have a green flag when we ban you (i.e a thankyou for doing something good in game e.g. reporting item scammers) then we will ban you for 3 days. If you do not have a green flag then we will ban you permanantly. Thats how it works, we have a laugh reading all your ban appeals though. Keep sending them in, you never know one of us might feel really good one day and unban one of u idiots =]
