I think that underage sex should be legal, but I can understand why they made the law. It is true that some kids do love eachother at a young age and it's really hard to hold yourself back when you really love someone. But Don't confuse love with lust. If you love someone you need to be in touch with their feelings as well and not be having sex just because you are a hormonal-charged, sex-crazed teenager.
