Teens 13 and older are having sex any way. It seems that many teens are maturing faster than in the past. Sex Ed should be taught at an age when teen girls can get pregnant. Lets face it, teen girls are getting pregnant as young as 13. Should it matter if the guy is 13 or 43? Education not abstinence will stop pregnancy. Older men are more likely to use a form of birth control and if the girl gets pregnant have the means to support the child.

I am a 14 year old, and I have a 13 year old girlfriend. I have looked a lot into this, and I have concluded that there is nothing morally wrong with people at our age having sex. If we both consent, and we are both mature enough to understand what it could mean, and what the consequences are, it is perfectly fine. If we were younger, say 11 or so, then I would not support the petition, but I think people are age are mature enough and if in schools there was more teaching of how to use contraception then nothing more needs to be said.
