sex should be legal.you should be able to have sex when you are 14 because it is not hurting any one and we mature before that age anyway. 80% of teenagers have done it before they are 16.

They place limits and boundaries on what people think they should and shouldn't do, and thus form a collective conscience that would otherwise be absent. I am 15, soon to turn 16, and my girlfriend and I are firm supporters of "underage" sex. (Why do things suddenly change when an individual turns 18, and why is he suddenly able to make conscious decisions. The govenment makes too many generalizations for my taste. People are individuals, a concept which the government exists and attempts to serve. However, much more indivualization could be allowed.)
There is nothing wrong with under age sex it does not hurt anyone and this law strongly offends me. Let me tell a story : a friend of mine met a young girl when she was 14 years old. That time, he was 21. They started to date (hiding). But 14 and 21... you maybe think some bad stuff about him because he had sex with a 14 year-old... i think it should be legalised, but for different reasons alot of poeple think. About the age, I think a 60 year old men with a 9 year old child is simply discussing, but a 18 or 19 year old teen with a 13-14 year old teen shouldn't be illegal. I'm 25 years old and I think each generation will have sex earlier in the future. For instance, in my generation, 13 year old kids didn't want to have sex and they didn't seem so interested as they are today. While it is true that some early teens find themselves wanting sexual relations (and some actually will have wether there is a law against it or not), It should not be legal. There is one very good reason for this. It's the same reason we don't let people drive, drink alcohol, or do anything else that might harm them before they are or atleast should be ready. You are not born with knowledge you learn it. Yes you could learn about sex by just trying it first, but then again you could also learn about electricity by sticking your tongue in an electric socket. I admit that is an extreme analogy however it is still true. While sex for the most part is not as dangerous you still need to learn about it first and wait until you are mature enough mentally to understand sex. You need to be prepaired for it and ready. There are alot of dangers, and ramifications involved. For instance atleast 40% of all sexually active people in the US have some form of STD's(and that is a fact). You can wait until your 17/18 it's not going to kill you, until then learn all you can including how to please yourself. It will help trust me.
While I admit that some teens are acttractive but women of legal age are to. So if you are of legal age find someone else of legal age, it really isn't that hard. If you find yourself uninterested in people your own age and prefer extremely young girls you might want to find help. Believe it or not it is NOT natural and trying anything with them is not very smart for them or for you.
