It's pretty simple. The Food Network lacks a vegetarian chef. Almost every show, the chefs on the Food Network make a meal that contains meat in it. This leaves out the growing interest of vegetarianism. It would be nice to see a vegetarian chef on the channel to give the Food Network more of a variety.

You do not have to be a vegetarian to make these meals, but you have to be a meat-eater to cook the meals that are currently on the network.
