I responded to Sky's TV promotion which offered M&S vouchers if you subscribed to HD - never got the vouchers and when I telephoned, they claimed not to know anything about the deal. I have now written to the customer services director saying that they are in breach of contract and unless I get them in 7 days I will take it that they agree that I can stop subscribing for 2 months!
I support this petition. It's years since I took this offer up and despite several calls, neither my mum nor I have received anything. When I phone, they say, oh yes, we'll sort it out. And nothing. Sky suck. I'm cancelling if they don't sort this out soon.
Still waiting, had installed Dec 2007 and now July 2008. Numerous emails etc and now threatening action. They are just trying to riggle out of it - hoping you forget?
