Adding variety like the halflife 2 developers did is helping that kind of gaming continue. Without the SDK tools, this game will die, and will be another disapointment of games using the new engines that came out. On a side note, you should update the engine, there has been alot of fixes on performance with halflife and such, and your company should also to the same.
