Video games are remembered more than movies, unlike movies, you don't just play them once or 2:30 hours; you play it for months or even years!. Celebrities are only enjoyed on movies, not in real life, video games are not real and you still enjoy them as if real.
With the pervalence of videogames in pop culture at the present time, and the amout of money made anually by this entertainment industry, it should already be on the walk.
This is the best idea in Hollywood. Video Games is part of our Popular Culture.I bet they are more popular than Japaness animation. They should put Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, and Donkey Kong.
This is a great idea! Wow, you guys are pretty creative. And, these are just my opinions, but if you have Mario, Luigi should be with him as well as Peach and especially Yoshi, since he's kind of changed my life. Also, Link and Zelda would be great for it too. The Zelda series is probably the second most popular series created by Nintendo. You could even have Link riding a real horse! Nice idea you guys, I hope more people sign this petition!
I think that this is a great idea. The fact that only celebreties and actors are big makes me made video game characters should have thee chance to shine to!
I'm from russia, but i think its a good idea to put Video Game Stars On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame!!! But there were better charecters in video-games history. Mario is a stupid "âîäîïðîâîä÷èê"!!! Good!

i think it would be awesome to have video game characters on the walk of fame, because to me they are like actors and the games they star in r they're movies.

Video game characters bring true entertainment as that is their (usual) purpose for creation. Celebrities have personal agendas, money being on the top of the list, and some videogame characters are made for the same thing (Sony and Microsofts mascots).
In the end, I don't believe any character except Mario and Link should get the spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

I think that all the great characters must be there as quickly as possible. Like Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Snake, Link, Zelda, Donkey...and many many others..
Mario and Sonic definently deserve the top spot in my book(along with Kirby,Link,and Pikachu)! They have LITERALLY changed my life! Without them, I wouldn't be what I am today!!
