Mario and Link should get the credit that the deserve! For many a year, I've seen countless people grow a little inside playing games and I think that the game desingers and the game characters should all get their well-earned spot in history!
Mario is my hero...Bowser is my master, Link is my trainer, and games are my life. I say honor all heros and villians for hours and days and months and even years of entertainment!
Mario and Link should definitely get stars! They've around for years and almost everyone knows who they are and loves them! Link must get a star, he's the Hero of Time!!
Mario's been around for over twenty years, while trash like Britney Spears (who has her own star) has been infecting our music for only six. For providing excellent

I think that this is a great idea! Adults and movie stars have had theirchance to be on the walk of fame and now I think that the average kid should get regognition too by placing their favorite video game characters on the walk of fame! Great Idea!!!!

Games have taken us to a new level in entertainment, as we can also play with others. Video games are only increasing in popularity, and it is inevitably the fastest growing type of entertainment to date.
Of course the legendary charachters need star recognition. The video game business brings in more money than all the major Hollywood studios combined. It's all thanks to charachters like Mario, Zelda, DK, and others that layed down the foundation of the industry.
Mario and Link are as recognizable, if not more, than many of the actors and actresses today. Not just in the United States, but all over the world, they definitely deserve a slot on the walk.
The Super Mario Bros have made the video game industry what it is today. They were the first major gaming heroes with their original platformer games and now, 20 years after the release of the first Super Mario Bros game, the Mario Bros are still as popular as ever. In fact, they were the first gaming heroes to have a film created from a video game in 1993 (Super Mario Bros). That is why Mario and Luigi deserve a place in the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
