Its was happened to me on sep 06, 2007 and instead of any ivestigation or take any intrests in the matter they ask me to fullfil the undermention formalities On the same day I complained on help line to operator and request him to note my compalin but he told me that they have not such procedure to note the compalin on phone.I asked him that as first information record you please note my comapin and when I will get time I will visit the waridtel office and lodge my complain as per your procedureBut after that I e.mail them Now my request to all poeple that please read and judge whats wrong in my e.mails(undermention e,mails for record here) after that correspondence I knew that they blocked the help line from my sim. I visted few times to waridtel offices in Karachi they blamed me that I bother the operator and ask me to submitt an undertaking to not do that again. My Question is to all GSM operators in the world that they must have to change our policy and note the compalin on helpline after verification of user data (just like credit card)
The correspondence with waridtel is below for evidence

I Sohail Ahmed user of cell No.0321 2277577 (Waridtel cellular) in Karachi , Pakistan . On 06 Sep 2007, During my call some person interrupted my call and claiming that I am called to his mother and use vulgar language. I disconnect the call but that unknown person call me from another warid number 0321 xxxxxxx for 13 minutes and insist me to come his office near Jinnah hospital, Karachi, Pakistan or he can able come my home or where ever I will be and knows all my data. He misbehaved me use vulgar language against me and my family.
Please investigate the matter that why some body have authority to listen my calls and interrupt me and use that kind of language. Please investigate the matter and listen the voice and call data from your record.
Also inform me that waridtel cell connection is safe for privacy or not.In my experience its not the safe. what is the waridtel policy about using that kind of abusing language or misbehave to another person.
I inform you all the facts and Now its your duty to check and investigate the the matter. In case of any loss to me, my family or to my property waridtel will be responsible

Why the warid poeple blocked your help line they can investigate but I think The poeple are not intrested to work for a company or cutomers.They work only to get money and to earn our pay's.
