woah...This film rocked. I was 13 when I first watched it and its my favourite film. I even stayed up half the night to watch the ending when everybody else had went to bed. x x x
I had my 15 year old daughter watch the film with me ... its never to soon to warn children ... girl or boy .. the dangers of the internet ... kudos to the wonderful people who brought us this magnificent film ... A. Hess
they should re-release this in all states...because north dakota never got to it..luckily my aunt told me about it...i support this in everyway, online preditors, is a bad thing...dont believe anything they say...only talk to people whom you have met before in person...Watch the movie...it cuts deep and makes your mind work...love life live it free
I really hope that this movie was a wakeup call to all the people out there especially this girl's age! having a sister this age i worry everyday for her when i see her myspace it saddens me to see all these young girls offering their lives up to the public's eyes. I mean one must think of what they do online.... just as they would think before giving their information to the guy on the corner of their block...no? i think so. Well the internet is a public place more people look at their information than they think and would like.........I hope these girls would use their brains for good and not waste their lives infront of a computer posting away and instead b out there living their lives...well thats enough of my jibberjaber! Take CARE ! oh and girls you wouldn't get "myspace" or whatever stalkers if you didnt offer yourself up to them like the little internet prostitues that you are :)
I had never seen this movie everyone is talking about before i signed this petition. This is a very serious issue that people should be aware of. Now that you've signed, put up flyers, hold school meetings. Talk to your kids. Make others aware.
Hard Candy is a great movie I loved it, although, I think that they could've put more emphasis on child porn as well and the predetors out there. But, overall it's a WONDERFUL movie, and I really loved it. (if you would like to contact me you can at: winged.freak@hotmail.com
I found terible the persons that prey on inocents, they have the right to make their own chices when they are of age, and i hope there are some hayley´s in the world to protect them, this might at least be a start
