the kids size is actually a NORMAL PORTION eating any more would take up most of the calories and fat you should be eating at dinner did you know that the KIDS meal at mcdonalds for example (1/4 lber, small drink and small fries) were the ONLY sizes sold to grown adults when it began? we didn't have an obesity problem back then like there is now. this is not only to the creator but to everyone else that reads this as well. you need to be informed for your health. fast food will contain way more fat and calories than the same thing made in a real restaurant or even yourself! adults when they go to fast food places should be eating the "kids meals" because those meals originally were sensible meals made for adults
