I support this petition. A man has a right to a "fair trial" and "fair" in this context is not referring to the color of the person the trial will FAVOR. Please let this not be about brown skin vs white skin or a famous person vs a "trying-to-be-famous" person. Let this be about facts and not unprovable accusations. Please focus on FACTS and NOT FICTION, because its REAL time he is enduring in jail NOT fictional!!!

These people are playing the oldest trick in the book. It seems that the authorities are not doing a balanced investigation and Anand has also not been given a balanced treatment in the american media. Everybody is jumping the gun and not looking at the facts. Whatever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'. And here we have the police puting Anand in solitary confinement, and everybody believing what the girls have said as the absolute truth. This is a grave injustice.
But the truth shall shine through. I believe that justice will be for Anand in the end. Anand you are in my prayers.

I support this petition. I think he is nice spiritual talent guy but his major weakness is sex. IT is not 1,2,3,4, girl witness against him. it is more than 30.I don't think these all will lie to conspire against him so something wrong with mr jon so he should get justice for what he had done.Court,witness and free trial will decide his fate.
i have worked with anands mother and designer sister sanjana back in 2005..really sweet and down to earth people....im a model...i was a part of there then miss universe tour...all the american and indian models were taken such gud care of...top notch royal treatment..put up in the best of best 5star hotels...on one of the occassion....anands sister was so sweet..inspite of the busy schedule in delhi...she made arrangements to take us see the taj mahal in agra...all the girls looked so happy and were having a wonderful time...and now im shocked and cant believe my ears when i read in the press...that few of the same girls from the tour have gone ahead and made false baseless allegations against anand...i really dont understand the motive behind these girls...how can they do this to such wonderful people...its truly sad...i pray for the family and request all of youll to pray as well...i support this petition..wishing quick justice to AnandJon..god bless
I support this petition. "In dubio pro reo" is a basic principle of our jurisdiction. It should be honoured. Don't let Anand Jon become a victim of third rate smeer campaigns.
I fully support this petition. It is obvious that - for whatever reason - all these flimsy and absurd accusations aim at finishing the carrier of a brilliant young man. The judiciary has to resist all attempts to make it an instrument of modern day witch hunt by granting a fair trial to Anand Jon.

i worked with anand in 2001 and i stayed at his place too.... i dunno what these girls are talking about... i met his sister she\'s absolutely wonderful... and i was also a former model... i know how the industry is and most girls think that using whats in between their legs rather than in between their ears will get them \
I support Anand Jon, I ws watching RKB show yesterday and I can understand the plight of his sister and mother, my prayers are with him and his family. We say America is a super power, but this is no way to treat a human being, Give him a chance let him Stand a free and fair trial. 11 months in prison for what? I've known Anand and his Sister for over 18 years. He is and always will be one of the most talented individuals I've ever known. All these allegations are false. His is innocent. His drive to be a successful entrepreneur and to excel in his profession is something that was obvious even back in the early 90's at Chennai, where we went to High School together.I'm confident he will win this battle . Ask the prosecution what kind of evidence they have to support all of their ridiculously absurd allegations? Oddly, evidence is a luxury that hasn't been afforded in this case .....My heart goes out to Anand Jon, his sister, Sanjana Jon, and his mother, Shashi Abraham. An innocent man has been indicted on claims and allegations which couldn't be farther from the truth. How is it possible for someone to be indicted on 59 charges, each and every charge bearing NO evidentiary support but collectively, they have strength in numbers? How will the judicial system punish the Investigator who lied under oath about a conversation we supposedly never had? Since Anand John has not received any justice and his case has not been heard for nearly a year, we suspect that there are great under currents and discrimination at play here. We believe that it is time that the Government of India should look into the plight of that Indian citizen. We have the abiding faith in the American justice system, which is noted for the individual’s rights. But sadly though, that is not what we find in Los Angeles. What is really happening with Alexander? Is there any justice in the way things have been handled in his case? What about the Constitutional rights, the dignity, equality and freedom that he is entitled to have? When the truth about Anand’s case comes out those who orchestrated this vicious allegation will come to the spotlight. They deserve to be punished. But that is not the major issue facing justice. The essence of justice all over the world is the same. The dictum is that even if a thousand criminals escape the punishment, one innocent should not be punished. How many months have passed since he is in jail? Their plans to keep him in jail forever succeed in the delaying tactics they employ. And, “Justice delayed is justice denied !” Justice is truth in action. There was not even an occasion where the accused could meet the accusers in the Court. They have overturned and shattered the concept of justice. It is really sad cruel that a man “suspected of crime” is put to this torture, while millions of hard-core criminals walk out easily and thrive in society. Please give him a chance to prove his innocence !
Thousands of people who know Anand have come forward to express their belief that he is innocent. There is no reason for him to do that. God alone knows whether he is innocent of guilty. If he is guilty he should be punished. But at the same time give him bim an affordable bail to enable him to prove his innocent. Even after some nine months, the Prosecution could not bring any valid or solid evidence or prove that Anand is guilty. What foul tricks they play along with the authorities and rivals of Anand in order to crucify him. It clearly shows that there is a powerful conspiracy by some rich and influential against him who can do anything to keep him in jail forever. The very fact that cases are being filed against him in different States by the same girls show that the Prosecution has failed to prove anything, and that their case is weak, that Anand will get justice from a God fearing Justice. If the same girls can file cases in many States what is the credibility of the justice system?What does this attempt of the Prosecution help other than ruining and obliterating the career and life of a great person, and destroying his family completely? If the Justice system is powerful, subject the false accusers to lie detecting tests to see how truthful they are. And that will give a good precedent that nobody will come forward with false claims to destroy the lives of innocent people.
