I went to bed feeling very sad and asking God as to why God does not listen to the prayers of many in releasing Anand who is innocent. With many questions like, Why the prayers of thousands do not reach and touch the heart of the Judge who act as God in the Judgment, etc. And amazingly I had a dream! We were standing on the shores of a big lake, along with several thousands of people trying to escape for life some how and, lo and behold, suddenly there appeared a big boat right in front of us, asking those who stand for justice get in! You should have seen the happiness of all those poor people who could get in !
It’s evident that anybody can bring false claims against anybody, and can put an innocent man behind bars! It is up to that person to prove his innocence, incurring all the expenses and spending all the money. In order to ward off eventualities like this and to plug the loopholes in the system, the legal system should take a stern stand. While the real rapist should be punished with all the severity of the Law, in proportion to the weight of his crime, the false complainant must also be told that she will be dealt with severely, and charged for filing a false complaint, punishable by a substantial fine and a jail sentence

this is absolute injustice . its a pity that an indian is being tortured in this way in a foreign country . we support him with our whole heart and pray for him and believe that
