1 - Install 7-Zip...

3 - Choose "Open with..." and click the "Browse" button.

4 - Navigate to >>>

5 - Double click your "7zFM.exe" and you will be returned back to
the "Open with" window again, click "OK".

6 - You will see the ISO file "Windows_XP_Ultimate_Edition_eXPerience.iso"
inside the 7-Zip window. Simply drag out the ISO file to any folder of
your choice. Bear in mind that this may take a while and you will need
4700Mb spare to store this Ultimate Edition ISO file.
