This petition is to serve as a platform to voice to Time Warner Cable in the Greater Charlotte North Carolina area that we enjoy WSOC-TV and WAXN-TV programming, as well as the entire ABC affiliate programming (Grey’s Anatomy, Dancing With The Stars, Channel 9 Eyewitness News, and Action News at 10 or even the upcoming NBA Playoffs), and will not sit back and let TWC "hijack" another opportunity to fatten their corporate wallets.

Time Warner Cable claims - "Certainly we understand your concerns, be aware that Time Warner is negotiating in good faith with WSOC-TV WAXN-TV. We regret that our customers get caught in the middle and we understand that losing these channels would not be in the best interest of TWC. We are negotiating quickly to reach an agreement that is fair and equitable.
