CALLING FOR JUSTICE FROM ZYNGA CORPORATION

This Petition and its signatures are for the support of Lorena Gan , a loyal member of Yoville. When her account was hacked. Zynga presented her with a form letter stating that they could not give her back her items because they might be scammed. The matter was never investigated.

Lorena has been a member since March 29, 2009 and was also a rare collector. All of her time and effort into making her homes complete and to her wishes were robbed by a hacker on October 25 2009.

Zynga's reply was that they couldn’t give her back her coin. This is fake coin, but she gave them real money to purchase certain items. It costs nothing for Zynga to replicate objects on “flash”. It costs nothing for Zynga for the humane consideration that should be given to each and every human being. Her coin and items should be replaced.

The signatures listed below are not only from those of us that know Lorena Gan and have been to her lovely virtual homes. Have seen her rare items and have witnessed what a lovely person she is, but from members that would like to see the Zynga Corporation be responsible, accountable and noble to return her items.

We call out to the President of Zynga to at least give consideration. As a CEO, you should know that customer satisfaction is your first priority. We are the ones that pay your salary, your employees salaries and also create the ability for your corporation to grow and flourish. We are the ones that have been loyal to this game. It is a win/win situation for Zynga to look into matters such as this. We put our trust, time and real money into a company and we are not protected. What kind of repeat customer rate should be expected with such a lackadaisical attitude? Please read, "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", by Stephan Covey.

Your members/players are uniting in one voice for justice for Lorena Gan and others that have been hacked only to receive nothing in return for our time and effort we spent to obtain, maintain and to enhance our virtual homes.

We implore you to hear our voices; to make right such a horrible wrong. I know it is a “game” to some, but for many of us, Yoville has been a way to reach out to others across the globe, make many friends and enjoy this game to its fullest potential. Just as in real life, to be robbed is devastating since much time is put into gaining a certain level/status.

Perhaps you need to play the game In order to understand the community, the culture that’s been established there. If you put in the time and effort it takes to obtain the status that Lorena and many of us have, if you were hacked, you would more than understand.
