To Whom It May Concern:

This is a Petition from Players in Texas Holdem Poker who have found the Rules and Regulations set fourth here in this game are not being followed by Costomer Service Reps.

The Costomer Service Department had a toll free number that players could call with questions regarding issues that needed attention. This has been deleted and now we as the players have to contact the Billing Department and hope that complaints filed are accurately related to Costomer Service.
Texas Holdem Poker are being misguided and have no recourse to correct errors made by Zynge Staff.

Players are having accounts ban and loosing chips because determination of said issues are not thoroughly read and responded to. Instead of one Costomer Service Reps. Reading and making the necessary determination on pulled accounts, one account maybe reviewed by many. This is delaying players then are having to wait months on a decision made.

Zynga needs to focus less on the players and more on the Hackers and Bots that are creating so much difficulty for players. Why should it be so difficult to delete a known Hacker and why should that Hacker and yet Zynga does nothing to take action aginst Hackers.

The Players of Texas Holdem Poker wants to see Costomer Service Phones available to to contacts them.
We want to have a saving account available to store excesschips to avoid being hacked or an account in the Texas Holdem Game where these chips can be stored and withdrawn in any amount by that individal to play poker.
We want attention payed to hackers and bots who are taking control of Texas Holdem Poker and making it difficult for us as players to enjoy the game. Zynga puts restrictions on players but allows hackers and bots to come and go with ease. We want this changed!
