I love my GameCube, but I don't think that running around shooting people for no good reason is intelligent. I prefer games where you have to think and actually use your brain. Nintendo makes great games like that. If you gave a game like Pikmin or Metroid Prime to someone who only runs around shooting things for no good reason, they would be overwelmed by the sheer difficulty and would stop playing before they even saved the game. In my opinion, games are measured by their gameplay, level design, artistic direction, and several other categories that the average gamer does not care about.
Nintendo DS or PSP
Here's an idea. Instead of making immiture rants, why don't you people start making intelligent, informed opinions? I'll start. I prefer the DS because it has the quality's of a true hand-held. It offers something completely new to gamers, and we have just seen the begining of developers creativity with games like Wario Ware Touched! and Feel The Magic: XY/XX. On a purely physical note, the clam-shell design virtually eliminates the possibility of the screens getting scratched. You may be thinking "If you have to touch the touch screen so much, won't it get scratched?" Well, I bought some screen protectors for a mere $5 and my screen is fine. Some people think that just because a game has the same characters as a previous game, it is the same exact game. This is not true. People like that don't even play the games to find out! I think that there should be a Walk Of Fame for video game characters because they are just as recognizable, if not more so, than movie stars.
