I feel that president Bush is neglecting a lot of people, whethere they be african american or white; we have all been created equal as stated in the declaration of independance, and therefore should all be given a fair and equal chance to live our lives to the fullest. just because a person has been stricken with a life threatening disease, does NOT mean that they should be treated any differently from a person without the disease. if any one of these patients with this terrible disease was a relative of President Bush's i'm sure he would change his mind.
