i think that the legal age should be change to a younger age. cause everyone gets sexually active at a very young age. and if they want to express it then let them, some states the legal age is at 18 but i know a lot of people who start having sex a lot younger than that. so whats the point of having a legal age anyways? underage sex should be allowed by and from everyone
