These days, in the high-tech world we live in, we have gone astray from many of the american pastimes that this country held honor for. " The customer is always right" is a phrase which has lost it's appeal to most companies and consumers. It means more than what it states. It means that we live in a country that honors freedom to the fullest. It allows more piece of mind for the customer and shows a willingness to do truly honest business.
