I support this petition. There are many inequities between Avon reps and mark. reps as it is. Please list everything. It is difficult when I am wearing a certain item and a customer cannot find it in her Magalog, so I have to tell her I'll go find the old Magalog it was in to show it to her. Very unprofessional and inconvenient to our customers.
