Alright Mr. President why don't you take a walk through some level one schools in MS or AL and tell me how effective your "act" of concern is for these kids. 5th graders that can barely read or tell time. How did they make it to the 5th grade you ask? Because with all your careful thought into this if students don't improve on their standard test every single year schools lose funding and eventually close. Leaving these kids worse off than your term as president has left the rest of us.
