Personally I don't think theres anything wrong with them, like you say I think it's just the way some people are born. What is so annoying is the way the public and the media use the word pedophile to mean child molester. They're NOT the same thing! Pedophiles love kids (that's what the word means - pedo = 'child', phile = 'lover') whereas child molesters hate them. Through history pedophiles used to be respected as nuturers and carers for children. Nowdays just because people can't accept that someone might be sexually (and in every other way) attracted to a child, but would hate the idea of hurting them by forcing sex onto them, because they can't understand this, they consider pedophiles to be the same as child molesters.
