I don't believe a petition will do much. The devs at CoH have been ignoring the outcry of those that are angry and only responding to those that have happy-happy things to say about the nerfs. The weakening of ANY character archetype is uncalled for. But this is what they will do in all likelihood, and equally as likely is the loss of their player base. We, the players, have been posting many ideas on how to make the game more challenging, and their answer to our ideas is to handicap us. They did it with I4, despite public outcry. They will do it with I5. But this time, they will lose more than a few players. That seems to be obvious.
