green day is the biggest sell out punk band ever. they went on a four year break and what they give us is a shallow angst ridden anthology of hate towards america. I can not express how much I despise green day and yet they put this punk label on themselves- it's complete bullshit in my opinion. I think they are fools. If they hated america like they so passionately do on their album why aren't they packing up their bags and leaving for mexico or canada? meh who cares if americans are invading Iraq they aint using the oil and besides america has owned part of Iraq for a long time, nothing new. And what does boulevard of broken dreams have to do with government and Iraq?? whole lot of pointless there. To sum up my congratulations to greenday here it is: Smoke my fat cock! ps: if I ever saw greenday I'de pelt them preferably with rocks or throw a box of throwing knives at them.
