Keep Afflecks Palace open
This is as much a part of Manchester's Heritage as all the old fancy buildings. We don't need another clothes' shop, we don't need another department store. We do need some character. This building has it. Keep it.

If you don't like the price, don't pay it. Ouyr dinners are £2.75 in England. Think yourself lucky you don't live here under the President Bliar Dictatorship.
High Gasoline Prices
Strange that you should complain about gas prices when ours are being reduced. British gas are reducing prices by 17% this Spring. Our petrol prices are, though, one of the dearest in the world (90p/L) yet our gas prices for cars is only 37p/L. Perhaps you should convert your gas cars to petrol or diesel?
