I'm English and I have visited your country a number of times and although I find that in general you are all warm hearted and pleasant people, I'm sorry to say that the freedom that you believe you have is an illusion. I admire your military, not so much for their professionalism but due to the high regard they are held in the eyes of the population. I spent 10 years in the Royal Air Force and as a whole we were looked down upon, and after the Gulf war when our Ministery of Defence was nigh on Bankrupt no one intervened when they casually made redundent the best part of 20 000 servicemen.
