Puppy Mills MUST be closed down once and for all and now!! People need to be made aware of the conditions that these poor animals have to live in. The breeders are only concerned how much money they can earn and do not even give basic love, care or attention to these wonderfuldogs and puppies. If it were children living in these conditions, the breeders would be sitting in jail and the key thrown away.
